Can a stroller ride with me?
Folded vehicles can be placed on board.
However, depending on the riding conditions, it may not be possible.
Are wheelchairs allowed?
Only one person may ride in the vehicle (with ramp, electric wheelchair allowed).
Foldable wheelchairs can be accommodated in the regular seating area.
Can I eat and drink on the train?
Eating and drinking are not permitted.
Are there times when the service does not operate on a given day?
The tour may be cancelled due to weather or other factors.
In such cases, an announcement will be made on the website.
Can I ride in a swimsuit?
We ask that you refrain from doing so.
Are pets allowed on board?
We ask that you refrain from doing so.
Can children under 3 years old ride?
Up to two children under 3 years of age may ride with one parent or guardian (18 years of age or older).
In such cases, there is no charge for children under 3 years of age.
